“I'm so glad we found this venue for our wedding! There are so many options for ceremony and reception location- the dock for ceremony and the pole barn for reception worked great for us! I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful place, and it's beautiful in July when everything is green and flowering. The owners were accommodating and patient with our last minute requests, and they were very helpful after the wedding while we were cleaning up our own things. The borrowing barn has everything you could imagine to use for decorations as well.”
“Awesome collection of some of the best Western & more artists, including home boy Andy Thomas. Then the liquor tasting venue, oh and The Woodshack Cafe in back serving up pizza, sandwiches, & more. I saw at least 1/2 dozen people going back to get fed so must be good... Or even Great!”

“This was my first trip to Joplin, MO for work. Although I wasn't very impressed with the area or location of this hotel, the staff made my trip beyond exceptional. From the moment I arrived I met Kim at the front desk. She gave me a great welcome and even went out of her way to try to assist me with a laptop charger since I forgot mine back in NC. Ethan, the manager, took time from his day (everyday through the week) to greet me personally and even tried to offer setting my company up with great rates for continued business. Even made a new friend with Celeste who seems to have a genuine personality and also took time from her day to have some conversations with me. I met a variety of other people I enjoyed speaking with but didn't have the chance to find out their names but the hotel was very clean, great customer service and will be back when I am in the area. Again the only negative thing I can say is the location but I can't say I saw many great locations in this area. Regardless this is a great group of people and looking forward to seeing them again.”
“We had my daughter's birthday party here. Everyone had a great time!! The 2 girls hosting were very polite and helpful. All the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will be doing it again!!!”
