“Came in with a Galaxy S10+ that kept restarting, ended up getting a new phone. Jeffrey ordered the phone since they were out of stock. I received the phone in 2 days. Came in to have everything switched over, and to buy a screen protector and case. There was 2 other customers needing help before me and he was acknowledging each customer and working with them. He was very nice and courteous. Y'all need to give him a raise.”

“I don't even know where is start with this review. I changed from T-mobile over to Verizon on April 4th 2024. Everything was fine until I left the store. My phone began displaying NO NETWORK CONNECTION!! it went on for about a week. I called customer service and was bounced from person to person to several different departments on 4/12. I found Verizon Wireless on the internet. I read the reviews and these people did not disappoint at all!!.
Justin. Chuck and Jessie did all they could to get my line up and running. They are very. Everyone was so knowledgeable and worked great as individuals but even better as a team.
