“I was with Tmobile for 8years and I came to this location to pick a fellow truck driver. Walked in and saw Eric sitting inside the Verizon counter. I engaged by saying HI and asked to see the phones and wanted to see what kind of plans Verizon offer. Eric asked me a few questions and he was honest with what he thinks I deserve as a customer. I left out with a Verizon service and I believe it's a great deal and option.Plus the Dude doesn't get frustrated with my assent since I'm not originally American. He never got tired from my questions and me trying to see almost all the phones they do have in store. Can't ask for anything more than that. Appreciate Eric”

“Best store hands down! My issue was resolved by the manager! Another rep was calling straight talk on behalf of another person in the store when they didn't have to and the third employee was handling a very irate customer with grace. GOOD HARD WORKERS! They all need raises for the hell they put up with!”

“Customer service is always a hit and miss anywhere you go, but today I had the pleasure to work with Ty! Let me just say, his assertiveness and knowledge was top tier! Not only was I greeted within a minute of entering the busy store, I was helped not even 5 minutes after. He was fully transparent with what I needed for my account to get set up correctly, and helped me with swiftness! All while carrying on a friendly conversation to fill the time. I greatly appreciate his patience and his understanding in my electronic and plan needs. “Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! This store has some amazing workers here and I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone!BIG SHOUTOUT FOR REY BEING THE BEST! ?”

“Was trying to either get my phone repaired or get a new one to transfer data to. After going back and forth with insurance and their fix it place, Walmart, and another fix it place, found this one in the mall. He was able to completely repair my old phone within an hour when the insurance fix it place needed several days to a week and wouldn't even fix my phone (didn't have the parts and wouldn't only fix the front screen so I could retrieve my data myself.. would have had to purchase a phone as well). Cost less than they were quoting me IF they had the parts to completely fix the phone. Save time and hassle and just come here for your phone repairs. (Cancel the insurance as well ?)”
