“I am giving a 5-star review for Jimmy. He was very helpful in my time of need. I was traveling from St. Louis Missouri to Grenada Mississippi, and forty miles from Caruthersville Missouri my vehicle started losing coolant. I was able locate O'Reilly's on GPS. Luckily, l made it there before my vehicle began to overheat. I went into the store and explained my mishap to Jimmy. Jimmy went to my vehicle and assessed the problem. He told me what was needed to get back running safely. Best of all, he was able to perform all the work himself - replacing my thermostat and bell-housing where the coolant leak was happening. While he was repairing the problem we had a wonderful conversation about God, Life, and Music. Thank-You Jimmy ❤”
