“My experience at Dyersburg glass company was a very good one first thing I asked to speak to the owner and it took Maybe 3 minutes that's only because he was on the phone talking to another customer but once he got off the phone with that customer he talked to me and I understood every word nice and clearly that he was saying and getting straight to the point everything I asked for I received so my experience there was great and I will be going back again anything have to do with glass they basically take care of it for you if you have a crack windshield whatever they take care of that or you want to order some type of window glass and frame they ordered it as well so be blessed and you too will have a great experience and always remember like the song said don't worry be happy”

“We had the worst luck on Friday the 13th! While travelling from St. Louis to Mobile, AL, we broke down shortly before Dyersburg.We called Russom's directly to rescue us and were so pleased! Friendly customer service from start to finish - our driver took us (and the car) to the automotive shop we requested. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the car, Russom's gave the mechanic a second tow in our car back to the shop. They treated us like family and genuinely cared that we made it to our destination safely. We are so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism!Service: Car towing”

“A wheel flew off my trailer in the middle of the night. It sheered the lug bolts off so I couldn’t put a spare on. They answered my phone call at 4 AM, had the equipment to haul my large trailer with Can-Am inside, and had me up and running before noon. I was very pleased with the fast response and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!”
