“I am from Florida. I came into Michaels to buy a couple Hardware items since we are camping our way through Missouri. I had my mind on a lot of issues that I was dealing with. I ran my credit card and walked out. Well about a couple hours later I get a call from Michael's Hardware.I had left my wallet on the counter. I don't know how they traced me down but they found my phone number and called. My wife drove back and got the wallet. The folks in the store were really helpful and all but to track me down like that was great. If I lived in Cassville that's the only place I would shop for hardware supplies. Thank you very much to the employees at Michaels you all are great.”
