“We have been going here weekly for a few years now, it's our go-to grocery store. The employees are always friendly and we even know some of them from seeing them frequently. I love that they don't rearrange everything like some stores, so we always know where things are. We like that they have small and big carts (and it may seem small, but these carts are the best carts!), plastic bags recycling, and rewards programs. It's always clean and organized.
The only things we don't like about it is the self checkout - you can only do it with 10 items or less and it is not as user friendly or quick as the Walmart ones.”
“Im not a current patient of this pharmacy and I do live right down the road. So, I called here to ask if they had a back-ordered medication I take in stock and come to find out, they did! BUT! they had just a little bit left that they were saving/prioritizing for their current, regular patients in their system. Hearing that would probably make most people mad but to me that says a lot about this companies ethics and loyalty to their community. The women I spoke to was very polite and apologetic as well. I plan to switch to this pharmacy in the near future and get away from the “Big Chain” company I currently use regularly. I’ll wait until this medication shortage mess gets cleaned up first.”
“I'm a little fruity and always have questions for the pharmacist. At other pharmacies I feel they do not care to answer your question or have the knowledge to answer you. Here I am always made to feel right at home. Never treated any less than the best. Always served in timely manner with respect and kindness. Even today - covered in poison oak and steroids alone were not helping. They made the recommendation for a cream called zanifel - its a little pricey but their pricing is competitive - and the pharmicist was honest about the pricing. But he also knew facts about the product and the effectiveness. I was ecstatic to come home and find it worked. I had almost instant relief from the itching. Another time I had a kidney infection and I do not take narcotic medications. The hospital called in something narcotic for the pain and the pharmacy handle all the back n forth to have the medication change for me in a very timely fashion. On numerous occasions this has been my experience here. Absolutely will continue to use this pharmacy!”
“The staff and service of Store #313 is stellar! My issue is with the drive through. I’ve attached pictures to illustrate the disgusting conditions of the drive through area. There is bird poo everywhere! It’s on the phone people have touch to call the pharmacy desk. My car got several doses of poo in the short time I was in line. Surely you can make this location more sanitary?”
