“Been living here for several months and have had minimal issues!! Maintenance is very quick and get things done the first time, Jamaia in the office is very communicative and helpful when answering questions, and we haven’t had any issues with neighbors!”

“The Good: Great apartment with incredible natural light and friendly neighbors. Front office staff are friendly, and maintenance is fast. The Bad: Administrative disorganization and punitive management policies that wasted my time and caused unfair fees. Insurance Headache: They changed their corporate address required for renters insurance but told me only 12 days before renewal, so my renewal (using last year's address) got rejected, costing me an hour on the phone with the insurance company, because it’s too close to renewal. Failure to notify payment receipt: I mailed a rent check to myself, and the office cashed it without telling me. When it didn't arrive after several days, I assumed it was lost and stopped payment. It bounced, and they charged a $50 returned check fee and banned check/ACH payments for the month, forcing me to pay by credit card with a 2.5% fee. Their poor communication cost me over $100 extra.”
