“Living at Waterford Downs for the past few years has given me a sense of community after moving here from my hometown in Indiana. I have lived in other apartments and have never experienced the level of friendliness among neighbors or apartment office staff that I have found here. Ed has always made sure any needs I have with maintenance issues have been throughly addressed and always offers a smile and good conversation when I see him around the complex. It also is evident that he takes so much pride in the management of this complex. He makes sure everything with the landscaping is beautiful. Karen is so kind and helpful when I go into the office or call with a particular need. It is a very pet friendly apartment complex and she often has commented on how cute my dog is when I’m out walking and I appreciate her taking the time to do that. I have been so pleased with the new maintenance staff member Robert. He was very helpful in fixing an issue I was having with the lock on my door and with my disposal. He was thorough in fixing the issues and was so friendly and personable. John with the maintenance team has also been very friendly and even though I know everyone stays busy tending to maintenance requests he always takes the time out of his day to ask me how I’m doing when I’m out walking my dog. This is a great place to live and I‘m so glad I chose this particular apartment complex when I moved to St. Louis.”

Unlike most complexes, the noise discipline here is great, the amenities are fantastic, and the maintenance crew are sharp and friendly.The area is very homely and welcoming and has easy access to everything you need.Highly recommend this property and staff to anybody and everybody looking for the best apartment experience.Thank you, guys!”

“My mother has called Autumn Oaks her home for years, and it has been a wonderful experience. We're very thankful to have found them. She is getting older, and the extra help and attention from office management, Barb and Karen, has been incredible. They are so professional, patient, supportive, and caring. We can't thank them enough for the ongoing support that they give our family. Truly exceptional. The apartment grounds are beautiful and clean. The pool is lovely during the summer. It's a friendly, safe community of all ages, and the location can't be beat. The maintenance staff is also great and responds quickly. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Autumn Oaks Apts and would highly recommend!! Simply the best.”

“Woodhollow has a great diverse community. The office staff are amazing and understanding. I was a resident for about 2 years, they have always been so patient and worked with me during hard times. The area is safe and the community itself is nice and collaborative. My only complaint is the roach issue, my entire floor struggled with this issue and I was charged for pest control upon moving out. Other than that, I would recommend Woodhollow. The area is amazing, amazing staff members, and community.”
