I have been living here for multiple years and am very satisfied with the complex and location! They recently renovated the workout room which is much nicer.
Ed and Karen in the front office are always such a help when there are any issues and get them resolved in a timely manner.

Karen and Ed made this a wonderful experience for me as a first-time renter. They helped a lot and when my downstairs neighbor complained about noise from me just walking around, they handled it well. Rent is inexpensive and the area is a nice part of St. Louis. Got super lucky finding this place when I moved here for work!
