“I absolutely love living in this community, and the staff is a huge reason why! When I first moved in, Greg was incredibly helpful with my service requests and even helped reinforce my sliding door to make sure everything was secure. Drew also did a great job fixing the plumbing in my kitchen sink. Both have been so helpful, professional, and kind! I also want to give a shoutout to Steve, Sarah, Gina, Elley, Brittany, and all the other maintenance team members. Everyone has been so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It makes such a difference living somewhere where the team cares about the residents and goes out of their way to help. I truly appreciate everything they do and am so happy to be part of this community. Thank you all for making this place feel like home! ❤”

“I made the decision to pursue an apartment at Aventura at Towne Center after looking at other places in West County casually for a few years. Aventura has a lot to offer. The application process and move in was made easy and thoroughly communicated each step of the way by Ron Baker, Property Manager. The service team was excellent during move-in and to-date, which is 8 months at this point. Both Jason and Will make you feel welcome and are knowledgeable. The level of amenities, the ongoing communication and attention to detail provides a well cared for community. I also appreciate the responsiveness and kindness which is maintained by Ron Baker, Jason & Will. Aventura at Towne Center is truly a nice place to call home. Thank you!”

“The Good: Great apartment with incredible natural light and friendly neighbors. Front office staff are friendly, and maintenance is fast. The Bad: Administrative disorganization and punitive management policies that wasted my time and caused unfair fees. Insurance Headache: They changed their corporate address required for renters insurance but told me only 12 days before renewal, so my renewal (using last year's address) got rejected, costing me an hour on the phone with the insurance company, because it’s too close to renewal. Failure to notify payment receipt: I mailed a rent check to myself, and the office cashed it without telling me. When it didn't arrive after several days, I assumed it was lost and stopped payment. It bounced, and they charged a $50 returned check fee and banned check/ACH payments for the month, forcing me to pay by credit card with a 2.5% fee. Their poor communication cost me over $100 extra.”

“I had an incredible experience living at this location. Karen and Barb are exceptional. The maintenance man is quick and friendly. It was nice to be in a location that is conveniently located to everything. This is by far one of the nicest apartments in Manchester / Twin Oaks ! I definitely would rent at Autumn Oaks again. You absolutely get what you pay for! I left the apartment in great condition. Completely clean. Unfortunately , one of my dogs destroyed the blinds in the bedroom. I was charged for the damage as I should be. I received the rest of my deposit back in about 3 weeks. That's very common. I love the fact that when I would go in I was greeted by the sweetest dog named Dolly! Karen & Barb are easy to work with being personable and professional. Thank you Autumn Oaks for a pleasant stay.”

“When I began looking for a new place at the beginning of this month, I found Woodhollow and had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, the Assistant Manager. Throughout my many calls and the transition from my previous residence, Jennifer was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. From the beginning, the staff at Woodhollow made me feel very welcome. Since moving in on the 28th, my experience has been excellent. The apartment exceeded my expectations, the property is well-maintained, and everything has been kept in great condition. I also appreciate the quiet and comfortable environment. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to move to Woodhollow and would highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to live. Especially if your looking for an affordable place and a good location.”

“My family and I moved in here about 3 years ago the application was very easy and straight forward and the deposit was very manageable. The staff here are outstanding. I couldn't ask for better property mangers like Benjamin and Heather they go above and beyond to help with any situation and are very knowledgeable. The maintenance crew also go out of their way to fix and address any repairs or concerns you may have not only with your unit but with the property as a whole I can't thank them all enough for everything they do. Great place to call home.”
