“I made the decision to pursue an apartment at Aventura at Towne Center after looking at other places in West County casually for a few years. Aventura has a lot to offer. The application process and move in was made easy and thoroughly communicated each step of the way by Ron Baker, Property Manager. The service team was excellent during move-in and to-date, which is 8 months at this point. Both Jason and Will make you feel welcome and are knowledgeable. The level of amenities, the ongoing communication and attention to detail provides a well cared for community. I also appreciate the responsiveness and kindness which is maintained by Ron Baker, Jason & Will. Aventura at Towne Center is truly a nice place to call home.

“We moved into a 2 bedroom at Aventura at Wild Horse Creek in June 2022. Early this year, we wanted to downsize due to having a summer place elsewhere.
Lisa and Lauryn took very good care of us. They helped us navigate the transition to a one bedroom efficiently and seamlessly. Our former unit and current units are both in perfect condition. Modern and clean.
The maintenance team, JJ and Chris are skilled, responsive, fast and thorough.
The entire team here gives their best and always with a smile. ?”
“My experience at Woodhollow has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone in the leasing office (Nicole, Brittney, and Kelly) was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout my stay. The maintenance team truly deserves a shout-out as well. They are always on their toes, and every maintenance request I raised was addressed within 24 hours.
I genuinely enjoyed living here and would not have moved (to another state) if not for a job reassignment. The team does an excellent job creating a well-managed and welcoming community. Please keep up the great work.
The only minor challenge (something that’s honestly hard to fully control anywhere) is the presence of German roaches. That said, the leasing office has been very proactive and responsive with pest control efforts, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great place to live with an outstanding team behind it. Highly recommended.”

I left the apartment in great condition.
Completely clean.
Unfortunately , one of my dogs destroyed the blinds in the bedroom.
I was charged for the damage as I should be.
I received the rest of my deposit back in about 3 weeks.
That's very common.
I love the fact that when I would go in I was greeted by the sweetest dog named Dolly!
