Customer service is terrible. Not one person ever acknowledges me when I'm in here. Any purchases I was gonna do will be at target or Amazon. I will also tell my friends to never give them their business either.

Ridiculously Outrageous Prices laptop case was 90$. micro center has better prices. Not only that bought a nearly 100.00$ splitter name brand for my tv and it didn’t even last 5 years

The reps at the store refused to make an exception on a defective item because it was two weeks out of their return policy. it was a Christmas gift and my wife wasn't aware of ONLY a 15 day return policy. All other businesses give 30,60 or even 90 days. All I wanted was to exchange it. But they chose to turn away a very loyal customer and I have spent over $20K at Best Buy in the last 8 years plus for my business. All they had to do is exchange it and return the defective one back to the manufacturer at no cost to BEST BUY. They said I have to deal with them which could take weeks. How inconvenient!!I guess they don't understand what customer service is about and how to lose a customer from a personal level and a business level. Bose wouldn't care when an item was returned when it's defective and less than a month old. They kept asking me to buy Best Buy plus for $50, so I was hesitant since they have closed at least 2-3 stores in the area and based on their policies and no one will answer the phone at the store AT ALL, NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING DOWN!! Even the customer service hotline supervisor will not come to the phone because it's a store issue.I tried to call them to give them a chance, but no one seems to care!

Never greated and it takes forever to get help. Very unusual for best buy they are understaffed and it shows.

Brilliant. I have never left empty handed because they always have what I'm looking for. To be sure you should always check online or in the app if they have it. Customer service is pretty good. You aren't left standing around waiting for someone to help you. Workers often are polite and ask if you need assistance, something that is hard to find in 2024. My only problem is the snack section at the checkout. How can I resist.

I have a positive and negative experience in this holiday period.They definitely surprise you with the offers and you will get everything except iPhones. This is not the right place to go and buy phones with at&t or t mobile or trade in. Best Buy can’t take a firm decision it is all the carriers will have the powers. That will confuse you.

Don’t pay for geek squad installation! They canceled / rescheduled my TV delivery and installation for the 2nd time in as many weeks. I can’t get anyone on the phone.
