“These guys are the real deal. Great customer satisfaction, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and the list goes on. I have given this shop many chances to work on my bikes and questions about different bikes and they’ve nailed it every time. And everything seems to be done in a very timely manner. I’ve been to and belong to many bike shops in my biking career and I have to say that they are top notch. If they could give us six stars I would’ve checked the sixth one off. Now go to wheelhouse bicycle and go get your bike on.”
“I got a specialized allez here in 2019 and it was such a great experience. Great deal, great bike, they did a bike fitting for me, and I cannot recommend this shop any more”

“Great experience! Their sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy. They really want the right bike for your size and intentions. I highly recommend coming in if you're looking for a new bike!”
“We had such an amazing experience at Trek Bicycle St. Charles, and Tim was absolutely incredible! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely passionate about biking. From the moment we walked in, he had such great energy and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable.
Tim was especially wonderful with my daughter. He took the time to help her find the perfect size bike and made sure she felt comfortable and confident with her choice. You could truly tell that he loves what he does and loves sharing his passion for biking with others.
Thank you, Tim, for making this such a memorable experience. Trek is lucky to have you!”
“Im From out of town visiting with grandkids and grandma and granddaughter were bike riding and grandma crashed the bike bending the wheel badly. Took it to the Bike Center and they told me that it wasn't fixable which really didn't surprise me. I ask for a new wheel which they had in stock and about a total of 10 mins I was out the door whith everything I needed for the bike. The price i thought for a new wheel wasn't much more than I thought fixing old one would cost. Thank for your fast service.”
“First time coming to Trek bicycle. Daughter’s bike’s brakes were not working correctly. Tim looked at the bike and immediately saw the issue and repaired the bike in front of me. After fixing the bike I asked how much and he said make sure my daughter keeps riding her bike. Great service! We will be back when more issues occur.”
“I've been using Granada Cyclery since I think I was 10 when I got my first Dyno VFR from them I'm 30 now and they're the only place I trust to work on any of my bikes whether it's my road bikes or my mountain bikes I highly recommend them to anyone.
Update: I'm almost 40 and it's still the only place I'll take my bikes. Just got a bike fitting done last night for the first time. It was definitely something I should have done years ago.”
“Recently got my road bike tuned up and the entire team was able to hook me up with fresh parts on a 15+ year old Scott road bike. Thanks Luis, Mark, and Dan for getting me back on the road in Ballwin for a reasonable price! 🚴 💪💯”
“I brought my bike in for a full tune up and tire repair before gifting it to my daughter. It rides better now than it has in years. They do great work here and staff is always helpful.”

“Not only did they get me back on the trail, they took the time to physically show and teach me how to work on my bike. Forget all of your YouTube videos just go down and see the crew at Big Shark!!!”
