“I went there for the first time today. The process was quick and easy. I felt my car was safer going through this car wash than most others. After the car was cleaned on the outside I drove to the area where there were vacuums. I was ready to put coins in but they weren’t required. It’s included with the wash. I will definitely go back next time I need a wash.”
“Had an amazing first experience at Waterway Carwash! Travis was absolutely fantastic, he patiently walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and understood how everything worked. Another team member (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was also incredibly kind and guided me perfectly through the express clean, even reminding me when to put the car in neutral as I entered.
Both of them were so friendly, patient, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful customer service these days! Thanks to the team for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommend Waterway Carwash!?”
“Turns out a Silverado + a forgotten grocery bag + 95° = regret. Pulled into Tidal Wave Car Wash barely able to breathe in my own truck. 40 minutes later it smells better than when I bought it. They hit the carpets, seats, cupholders, everything. Staff told me “happens all the time” which made me feel less dumb. My Silverado looks showroom-ready again. Worth every penny.”

“Located inside the Mobile On the Run location on the airport road. I was a member for years and really appreciate the value represented by their car wash club offering. It is great to have unlimited car washes for a set monthly fee. There have been days when I've had sales calls at construction sites and I've had to wash the car multiple times to get it clean. Likewise, there have been days where I've had to wash the car more than once because it got filthy due to the places I drove. Once a week is generally my rule. I can only think of once that the wash was unavailable due to maintenance.
Prices in the pic are a throwback to 2016.”
“I’ve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DON’T want to do...cut them a little slack!”
