“I went there for the first time today. The process was quick and easy. I felt my car was safer going through this car wash than most others. After the car was cleaned on the outside I drove to the area where there were vacuums. I was ready to put coins in but they weren’t required. It’s included with the wash. I will definitely go back next time I need a wash.”
“Had an amazing first experience at Waterway Carwash! Travis was absolutely fantastic, he patiently walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and understood how everything worked. Another team member (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was also incredibly kind and guided me perfectly through the express clean, even reminding me when to put the car in neutral as I entered.

“Turns out a Silverado + a forgotten grocery bag + 95° = regret. Pulled into Tidal Wave Car Wash barely able to breathe in my own truck. 40 minutes later it smells better than when I bought it. They hit the carpets, seats, cupholders, everything. Staff told me “happens all the time” which made me feel less dumb. My Silverado looks showroom-ready again. Worth every penny.”
“I’ve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DON’T want to do...cut them a little slack!”

“Definitely the best! They provide everything you need — towels for drying, powerful air nozzles to blow out dust from hard‑to‑reach spots, and the ability to wash your rubber mats with water or scrub them with soapy cleaners. It makes the whole cleaning process so easy and thorough.
But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The team here always greets you with a warm welcome and is genuinely eager to help with anything you need. Their friendliness and service make every visit a great experience.
