“Had an amazing first experience at Waterway Carwash! Travis was absolutely fantastic, he patiently walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and understood how everything worked. Another team member (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was also incredibly kind and guided me perfectly through the express clean, even reminding me when to put the car in neutral as I entered.
Both of them were so friendly, patient, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful customer service these days! Thanks to the team for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommend Waterway Carwash!?”
“Turns out a Silverado + a forgotten grocery bag + 95° = regret. Pulled into Tidal Wave Car Wash barely able to breathe in my own truck. 40 minutes later it smells better than when I bought it. They hit the carpets, seats, cupholders, everything. Staff told me “happens all the time” which made me feel less dumb. My Silverado looks showroom-ready again. Worth every penny.”
“5/5 stars! I stopped by this convenience store on a whim and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a cannabis and Kratom dispensary machine! It's not every day you see that, especially at a no-frills spot like this. The selection was decent and the prices were fair. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The cannabis CBD Kratom machine was a nice touch and made the experience more convenient. Glad to see this option available in the area - will definitely stop by again!”

“A smallish spot, the parking lot can be challenging during peak periods. However, Petro Mart has all the requirements for a combo gas station and convenience store. Meets mandated COVID precautions such as face masks inside, social distancing, and plexiglass cash register shields.”

“Working very close by I frequent this gas station frequently. They are always very nice and hospitable here and the food is awesome. The reason that I decided to pay this review though. Is because today I witnessed an act of kindness that I’ve never seen at any “convenience “ store before. There was a young homeless lady outside that when noticed by the staff was immediately fed and given something to drink, at no charge. Great job y’all and I’ll def keep coming here !!”

“I live in this general neighborhood. I try to stay away from 7-11 because I gave up soda 12 years ago but I treat myself every now and then. Nothing hits like a Big Gulp of Diet Coke. I'd rather have it than dinner. It's reasonably clean here and the employees are friendly. I never get gas but sometimes that well maintained soda fountain just calls me in...”

“Leaving a review from directly outside the building at 10:16 PM — everyone working at this store is a gem. I’ve been having a very stressful week and both ladies working the front were so lovely from the second I walked in until the moment I left. Thank you so much for complimenting my thrift store dress and just being genuinely kind+funny+laughing at my dumb jokes. It really made my night (and entire week) better, and y’all deserve a raise! (There was a third person working who seemed kind as well, but we did not get a chance to interact. Give them a raise too. For real. It’s hard out here)”
“Generally clean and not busy. Pumps relatively quick. Normally out of paper so if you answer yes to receipt it will tell you to get it from clerk everytime.Small concern though locked car after getting put to pump. But fob would not work. Turns out it's a location issue, like there is an extremely large amount of noise on fob frequency, jamming, or hacking going on in the area. Concerning since there is a Dobs and two gas stations side by side. -better have your emergency keys.”

“If I'm honest, it's pretty rough. One or two of the pumps always seem to be down. Only outdoor restrooms. Not the best selection of food and drinks inside. But they suit your basic needs as a quick stop and they are very friendly.”

“There are a LOT of bad reviews for a LOT of good reasons. That said, all of the locals in the area know to come during Cari's shift, when they're sure to receive fantastic service, good tunes, and a bit of free therapy. The other employees offer a mixed bag as far as customer service goes, assuming they're not "in the restroom, brb" for 3 hours.
Beyond that the store/restrooms are generally clean and you can get whatever you need without issue.
I have not used the car wash.”

“I love this shop! It is a family shop and they take great care of your car! I just had an oil change at a reasonable price for a Mercedes Benz E350. They checked it all out and are getting an auxiliary battery also! The one I had in there has lasted 15 years! This shop also caters to children in the neighborhood with candy and chips and drinks and even promotes a snow cone stand for the kids during the summer!!! How great is that!!! Thank you for all you do! ♥️♥️♥️”
