“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor.
