“Had a Mackie MR5 Mk1 active monitor develop a loud buzzing on power up without being connected to an output. These are solid monitors and replacing them is not as cost effective because while it may be the same price as repair, but you just don't get this quality these days. Brian was able to diag it and get it repaired perfectly. I thought the pricing was fair as well. He was clear with his communication and pricing, and very friendly. Definitely would use him again and highly recommend.

“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!”
“Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”
