“This was the BEST hotel experience our family has ever had! Wish I could give bonus stars! By far the most comfortable bed and soft cotton bedding with down comforter, plush pillows and towels, the most incredible healthy breakfast with many gf and dairy free options! The pool and surrounding area were immaculately clean, with rolled towels around showing the wonderful attention to details that we experienced all throughout our stay! Our family of 7 appreciated being all together in the double queen with sofa sleeper room, and we all got very comfortably…and the shower was amazing with strong water pressure and a very roomy well thought out restroom! And the free parking garage was a blessing with the rain for loading and unloading with elevators from there straight up to our room floor! Can’t say enough good things, truly a gem of a place!”

“My husband and I were in town for a graduation. We were happy to find this location. The hotel was clean and comfortable with amazing service. When I enter a hotel, how you are greeted by the reception desk is imperative. The lady that greeted us was AMAZING!! Her name was Amy. Any time we crossed paths, she always greeted us with a smile. She apparently know a great deal about customer service. Great job! We will certainly return.”

“Great experience here, and I wanted to call out one moment in particular. I had an issue with the AC in my room, and Nick went above and beyond to take care of it. He responded right away, came up to my room personally, and got everything working quickly. It wasn’t just the fix, it was the attitude. Professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. That kind of service makes a difference. Really appreciated it.”

“We stayed at this location in mid-August for my wifes HS reunion. We picked this location because it allowed easy access to all of the places and people we wanted to vist during our stay. At check in when the clerk gave me the room number I asked if it faced the highway, it did, I requested the side away and he happily changed the room for us, plus 1. I had an unusual request which he forwarded to the Hotel Manger, they were able to accomodate, another plus. The hotel was also hosting a College Mens and Womens soccer team for a tournament and a Girls HS softball team, never heard a peep from them, another plus. Breakfast service availability, quality, and taste on par with our expectation, another plus. Last of all just the Staff at this location were friendly, welcoming and accomodating, another plus. Overall a great experience and would recommend this location for price, cleanliness, and being so accommodating. Great job Hampton Inn/Chesterfield!”

“We had a great experience. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Water and coffee were always available. The rooms are spacious, lots of closets and storage space. Parking is good too. Good location, not busy and noisy. The staff was polite and helpful.”
