“Jackie at the breakfast bar is friendly and helpful. Front desk staff are wonderful too. The room is great but the AC in the room is so loud 😫 makes it hard to sleep. We like the location.”

“I had a wonderful stay here! I enjoyed seeing all the puppies. The staff is amazing which you'll read about in a minute! The location was ok because I didn't have a car I couldn't do much. The area was safe and quiet despite being on the highway. The service was above and beyond. The rooms were great too. Very clean. Showers had hot/cold water, adjustable a/c/heat unit. The pillows were a bit soft but not a big deal! I can't comment on the pool because I didn't go in. The laundry was affordable at $2/load and $2/ dryer. You have to exchange dollars for coins. Breakfast was great! It ended up being $14.50/day with tax no tip. The hot bar included the cold bar. There was a variety of cereals, bread/toast, oatmeals, bacon, sausage, eggs. We had a mix of waffles and biscuits and gravy. The mini shop is self checkout and has a lot of assorted items. They allowed us to bring up plates/bowls to reheat our leftovers. Now a huge shoutout to the staff who made our stay! Shantelle who works the front desk during the days is a sweetheart! She was very helpful, answered all my questions, super kind, and has the most charismatic personality. I enjoyed our daily conversations! I have to also thank Jeanne and Tayhon who work in the housekeeping department. Both these women made our stay by also having wonderful conversations with me.They also kept checking in on us making sure if we needed anything (we kept the do not disturb sign up). It was nice they gave us extra towels, water, and garbage bags. Both women were kind and had wonderful personalities as well! Jeanne went above and beyond on our 4th day, our bathrooms started to smell like urine, so she came and cleaned the floor for us as the urine was in the grout and gave us new towels. She told management to flag this room for a deep clean. About 25 minutes later she was so kind to come back to check in on me to see if the smell has gone away! Another thank you to Joe at breakfast! I also enjoyed our conversations. Kent at the front at night is also very kind! Overall,I would 100% come back if we are in the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!”

“My husband and I were in town for a graduation. We were happy to find this location. The hotel was clean and comfortable with amazing service. When I enter a hotel, how you are greeted by the reception desk is imperative. The lady that greeted us was AMAZING!! Her name was Amy. Any time we crossed paths, she always greeted us with a smile. She apparently know a great deal about customer service. Great job! We will certainly return.”

“The hotel was under renovation during our stay. So it looked a bit unkempt, baseboards missing, etc. The rooms were good. We were a little disappointed that the ability to use streaming services wasn’t working, only because one night we were hoping to relax with a movie. There was basic cable, which was ok. Overall the stay was decent.”

“Really good for the price in my opinion! The only thing that was wrong with our room was there was some used tissue in one of the drawers but that was it! Bed was really comfortable! I have problems with my back and shoulders and that bed was the first I’ve slept in in a long time that didn’t have me waking up a million times to move positions due to my shoulders or back.
The woman working front desk was very polite and got us into our room quickly. Overall a nice cheap place to rest for the night”
