Jacob was amazing. I showed him a shoe from Johnston & Murphy that I had purchased years ago. Jacob was quickly able to find me shoes that were similar and at a deal. Jacob didn’t hesitate to call other Johnston & Murphy stores or look at the computer for all my options. The shoes are high quality and look great.

Nice store, but the prices aren't really outlet rates. You can get the same prices online or from their catalog / website. Would shop here much more often if the prices were truly outlet-type prices.

Matt was absolutely extraordinary in helping me find just the right shoes. From the Lederhosen to the dress casual his patience and expertise was second to none. Pricing was exceptional for what is in my opinion a very high quality product. I’ll definitely be back to see Matt again. Thank you sir!
