Its the biggest U haul place I've ever been to and B. Im an idiot. Seriously. Moving is stressful enough. Dont need anymore stress. You guys lower the stress level significantly. U haul! “My experience at U-Haul was excellent what I like most about the service at U-Haul is that the process is very simple and easy and the rental vehicles are always in great shape. I’ve been using U-Haul since the 1980s and would not consider anyone else. I’ve always been 100% satisfied so I’ve never thought of using anyone else else and I’d like to give a shout out to Matt the guy that works at the O’Fallon and K U-Haul place extremely nice guy very he represent the company very well.”

“Ryder is generally reliable with good equipment. Note - there was not a lot of detail provided by the rental staff - definitely should ask lots of questions to learn how to operate the vehicle and accessories. There was no info on board the truck I rented. It can be intimidating if you don’t drive a truck frequently.”

“I almost spent close to $2,000 to pay for moving instead I decided to do it myself I like this particular location more than any because I feel like it's family-owned and they are very nice people it's a mother and a daughter that I know of some of the nicest people I've met in years thank you so much and it didn't cost me even $300 maybe. But I've rented a 20 foot a 15 ft and 2 10-ft trucks. That's quite a few trucks”
“Great customer service here. After two attempts to get a hitch installed at the Kingshighway location (scheduling me when hitch installer wasn't even working, twice), Uhaul switched me to this location. It was a bit of a drive but 100% worth it. The manager, Dan, was nice and knew how to handle everything (unlike Kingshighway). The actual installation turned out to be quick and I was in and out within an hour. The whole experience here was professional and I felt that I could trust them to do a good job and they did. Highly recommend!”
“Things don’t go perfectly in business. How I rate companies is more about what do they try to do when things don’t go well? I tried to find a truck online at around 11 PM on a Friday night. This is in the heat of summer where moving trucks are pretty much fully rented out everywhere. I felt pretty lucky to find one with Penske. Well, turns out the online platform wasn’t accurate and the truck I’d requested was not available. I heard from Jack at the Earth city location at 7:51 AM the next day! He let me know well in advance of my pick up time that he was sorry but it actually was not available. Honestly, that is good enough service to me for a five star review. That being said, he didn’t just let me know it wasn’t available, he came ready with alternative options for me to get a truck. This may seem simple, but in a world where people can get pretty apathetic about customer service I was very impressed by it. I’m just a random customer. He didn’t need to go above and beyond. But he did. Five stars.”
“I was able to drive into the property and tell them what was wrong. They told me to drop my trailer and pull up to the the bay turn truck off and turn in my keys and they would get to me as soon as possible. I did as they instructed and as soon as I walked out of my truck, they were coming to pick up the keys and take the truck into the bay. Took him about 30 minutes to do the easy repair that I needed and I brought the truck back and I was ready to go. I highly recommend getting work done here if you get a chance. One drawback they have a drivers lounge, but it is very small. There’s no TV so if it’s a nice day, I would just sit outside.”

“I’m back again, they have fixed my truck here a few times. The shop here is always doing great work. They fix it right and don’t take shortcuts. My favorite Hogan shop nationwide. I burned 60gal. Of diesel to deadhead here and bypass a few other Hogan shops to get my truck fixed. Starter issues”
