Hopefully my issue will get resolved soon.The only thing I can maybe say something about is the cleaning lady in the storage unit that cleans up wasn't very pleasant but maybe she was having a bad day and the first time we got there,we couldn't get in the parking lot because a U-Haul was blocking us for like 10mins and we had a Dolly so my car was kind of close to the street and I was nervous about that but finally the guy came and moved it.”

“The truck was well used, over 125k miles, but it ran as expected and we got the job done. The cargo area was clean and the cab was clean. Would have like to have had a backup camera and backup warning signal, and maybe a better way to adjust the passenger side mirror. The office was orderly and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
