“The appointment I thought I had was not on their calendar when I arrived. I had to leave my car for the day. I will definitely re- confirm appointments in the future a few days ahead! Desired services were performed. Per quart oil charge is about double the price at AutiZone!”

“Mark and the staff he was working with seemed to conduct business well and perform the service exceptionally well! Mark even corrected my coupon from 15$ to 20$ as advertised online! I trust the service these men performed and I will definitely be back! Thanks fellas!”
“I went in for an oil change and was greeted by Trenton and Lily. Trenton reviewed the quality of the oil on the dip stick, the mileage and informed me that the car wasn't due for the next synthetic oil change for another 3,000 miles. I appreciate the honesty and trust he earned on behalf of Valvoline. I am definitely coming back to this service station at chesterfield.”
“I had my donut tire on coz tire got popped from a nail. Been to this walmart auto care last 6/14/2026 even I did not have appointment they accept me for tire change and fortunately they have my tire size in stock. Thank you James and to your team for helping me and doing Great job on my car, Kudos!”

“No appointment needed to get a safety & emissions test. Just drop off the car and they fit it into their schedule. I dropped my car off around 9am and picked up around 3pm on a Saturday. The people are always nice, too. Our family has been going to this Dobbs for over a decade, and they've always been great. We've also had them patch several tires over the years.”
