“It’s been a hard finding an auto service location that I feel will not try to milk you for as much money as possible. I read the reviews on here and went up and spoke to them first and immediately knew this was a place that would not only treat me right but would actually analyze the issue and make sure to only do what needed to be done and not come up with a bunch of other things I needed to have done. With the issue I had it would have been easy.
It’s really great to have found a place where they take their reputation seriously, do a good job for a decent price. This is my new go-to place for any issues I may have in the future.

“Needed to get a tire replaced, and Kenny personally came up to me and explained why I needed a new tire, why it couldn’t be patched, how much it would cost, and about how long I would have to wait. Everyone else in the shop was also fantastic. Truthfully, I haven’t been to any other tire shop in Saint Louis, but for all my car needs, I will continue coming here. Amazing experience, and they made an unfortunate situation a little bit better by great customer service.”

Everytime I need regular maintenance or urgent repairs, he makes sure to get me in, inspect my vehicle and check in with a breakdown of what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take to complete, before doing any work or charging me; they even send me pictures and or video with a description of what I’m looking at and how it’s affecting my vehicle.
It’s Truly so appreciated and reassuring.
On top of that they also have provided me with rides to work or back home or even provided a loaner vehicle to accommodate my schedule while the repairs and services are done.
Aside from that, Patrick and his crew always keep a clean and tidy office, the water cooler is always full, and no matter who I speak to when I walk in, they always great me with a smile and friendliness.
My vehicle is 9 years old and drives like new and I credit it completely to Patrick and the crew at carsmart!”

On this day, we were waved into a bay, but then sat there for 20 minutes baking...I almost just pulled out. Would have 100% waited with the vehicle idling outside the bay until they were actually ready for us.”

“Check engine light came on (naturally, at a most inconvenient time) so called Dobb's at 6pm and asked when they could get me in....next day at 8AM but I would have to leave it....did that and was told they'd diagnose the problem that day. Got a call w/in 2 hours w/ a list of what was wrong but said it could be fixed w/in 4 hours.....cost was over $1000.00 but fixed and ready to go by 2PM. So far, everything is great and it drives like a new car. Makes me think that I'll continue to go to Dobbs as my go-to auto repair place for service & peace of mind.”
