“We would recommend many Treats Unleashed locations, but the Cottleville location especially. The entire staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. We bring our Great Pyrenees, Lenny, in for grooming and Kara is hands down the best with him! Lenny gets so excited to see her and loves that she gets down on the floor with him to play and snuggle. She handles his double coat like a true pro and he always comes home so soft and squeaky clean. Kara’s attention to detail is 10/10.”

“Me and my wife had an amazing time. We did a tour, Maria and Kylie did an AMAZING job! Super hands on and knowledgeable. The vibes were great. The animals looked amazing. The whole store didn’t give off that “typical” reptile store smell. It was super clean and amazing all the way around. Definitely 10/10 recommend! Kid friendly as well. There were multiple kids doing the tour at the same time and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and having fun!”

What we love about Lola & Penelope's is everything from their wide selection of Fresh food like Portland Pets and A Pup Above, to their top-notch customer service!! We love Lola's frozen treats, like the Bear and the Rat, their amazing spa services which are affordable and have a calming effect on your dog while getting groomed!! Michelle, the owner, has an abundance of knowledge of the pet industry, grooming, and products. She will even text with you about any questions you have, which sets her apart from most pet stores!! The stores are unique and easy to find what you are looking for. We always give them a 10/10 and will always choose them!! She takes the time to educate customers about different types of fish, the differences between freshwater and saltwater tanks, and how to properly maintain and clean aquariums.
What stands out most is how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive she has been. As someone becoming a true lover of aquariums and freshwater fish, having Elaina walk alongside me in this journey has made all the difference. Working with Nick at Marine Solutions has been an incredible experience! Nick has gone above and beyond to educate me about axolotls, the ideal tank environments to support their health, and everything involved in setting up an axolotl tank correctly. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions have made the process so much less overwhelming and so much more exciting.
A huge thank you as well to Elaina for the aquascaping and helping get my aquarium beautifully prepared to soon welcome baby axolotls.
