“Me and my wife had an amazing time. We did a tour, Maria and Kylie did an AMAZING job! Super hands on and knowledgeable. The vibes were great. The animals looked amazing. The whole store didn’t give off that “typical” reptile store smell. It was super clean and amazing all the way around. Definitely 10/10 recommend! Kid friendly as well. There were multiple kids doing the tour at the same time and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and having fun!”

What we love about Lola & Penelope's is everything from their wide selection of Fresh food like Portland Pets and A Pup Above, to their top-notch customer service!! We love Lola's frozen treats, like the Bear and the Rat, their amazing spa services which are affordable and have a calming effect on your dog while getting groomed!! Michelle, the owner, has an abundance of knowledge of the pet industry, grooming, and products. She will even text with you about any questions you have, which sets her apart from most pet stores!! The stores are unique and easy to find what you are looking for. We always give them a 10/10 and will always choose them!! The events in-store are SO fun and introduce you to the products you didn't know you needed!! We LOVE LOLA's!!! ❤”

I brought my dog here for a wash and couldn’t be happier with how it went. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and patient, they really made the whole process stress free for both me and my pup. The facility was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use, and my dog came out looking and smelling great! You can tell they truly care about animals here. “Michael Green is a trainer new to this PetSmart. He's really, really good!!! I have taken one class with him. He always takes time to talk to everyone in the class and gives realistic suggestions. He tries to go in to see dogs while they are in the Daycare that are in his classes. He will also talk individually if we have questions after class! I hope that PetSmart can keep such a great trainer.”

They also have buy 9 bags of dog food & then get one free through a membership which is free to sign up, which is a huge deal for us with having 3 fur babes! Also, we do the autoship every few weeks, & it is a reduced price as well as free shipping, right to our door!”
