This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.

The employees at this UPS store are very smug and not very helpful. As an airline pilot who has flown all over this world, I hate it when these employees talk down to me.

Within 2 weeks time, the time frame for a notary, was different 3 times. First time, I goofed up, so had to wait for new papers (on a Monday morning around 8 am). Second time (2 weeks from the first try), nobody had credentials and said the guy will be in the next day. Third attempt (the next day), the exact same guy from the first day said notarizations will be done between 11 and 3. Why do they have a messed up schedule? When you try to support local and local just gives you a valid reason not to.

The gentleman with long hair is so nice. My industry is mainly online but whenever I need something printed or faxed, it’s probably an emergency and he’s always been easy to work with, which definitely takes my stress away.

Most workers have been great except the young girl with the nose ring (sorry, she wasn’t wearing a name tag). She needs training on customer service (or just general social skills) and maybe how to use the scanner. I saw her scan several pages for another customer with the top open, which caused tons of ink on the page. The customer of course mentioned this and when another customer suggested she just needed put the top down, the girl just stared at her (instead of actually saying something, like ‘oh, thank you’). Instead she gave the customer a death stare for an awkwardly long time. When it was my turn, she was just silent. No ‘hi’, ‘thank you’, ‘can I scan your barcode?’, nothing except here’s your receipt. Very weird interaction.

There always seems to be an issue with why they can’t take an Amazon return. And the man I’m assuming is the manager is always so crabby and condescending. I tried to return my Spectrum equipment on a Sunday and was told no because he was the only one there and couldn’t POSSIBLY handle a Spectrum equipment return (I was the only one in the store). Went to the Chesterfield Valley store and the only worker there was more than happy to take my stuff back and did it less than a minute. Will be going to the Dorsett store from now one. I’ve heard they are super friendly and will always accept Amazon returns.
