Rebecca was super nice at the counter. She knew right what to do. I had a box with a prior shipping label on it and she put the new label right over it and said no problem. ERIC at the nearby 63017 Chesterfield MO location would not help me so I had to leave that post offixe and come to this one.

I was there 1 hour before closing. Only 1 person working in front and I was the 4th person in line. Had to wait about 20 mins to pickup my package. The lady working was nice and everything went smooth. It just a shame that all establishments cut down on workers and make people wait!!

See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!
