“If you like the Dollar Tree chain and know their general layout and logic, this location is a good one. I thought this store was well stocked, not cluttered, and pretty clean with good prices on many things like greeting cards, cosmetics, food/beverage/snack/candy items, and also storage, kitchen, hygiene, cleaning, and seasonal products.
While I am not thrilled the Dollar Tree chain has so many prices when everything used to be a flat $1.00 price point... you have to watch the prices because what used to be $1 might now be $1.25, $1.75, $3, $5 etc. while other stores like Dollar General and many grocery stores have $1 aisles where everything in that aisle is actually $1 or items under $1. Nevertheless, Dollar Tree stores usually have a good variety of a lot of different products for a darn good price all in one place.”

“I have visited a few FD’s, none compare to this store #1960. Store is always clean, most things are stocked fully. Manager Shelia is AWESOME!! She keeps her store together. I’ve gone to others and they’re dirty items in the isle, rude youngsters working there etc. I will not go to another one of I can help it!! Staff friendly here!! Thank you store 1960!!”
“Great employees. Nice items available. It is Christmas time, so it was quite a few people in there. Watch all sides, especially at night. But, it is a good place to run in and grab some things. Dollar Tree divided the brownie mix...weird.”
“I shop at this store daily it’s convenient for those who due to age or disabilty can’t shop at the larger stores. The store is well kept, but one of your employees insists on parking in the handicap spot for their duration of their shift. Thats not what those spots are for, they are for your disabled customers. If this continues and they dont have the plates or the plauqered i will be more than happy to call parking control and have them ticketed either for no plaquered or no plates. It’s Unruley and in the long run it’ll cost them cash. More often than not the space next to the handicap is open. Just trying to save that employee some cash on their end. Thanks.”
“I love Dollar General. It’s fast in and out. It has everything today. I purchased Valentines cards, Valentines candy Kleenex, gift bags, frozen chicken and the best cheddar cheese slices. You can get almost everything! Oh, yes, I got coffee and brown sugar wonderful place. Great prices. I highly recommend Dollar General Especially the one right here on North Oak Traffic Way around 80th St. they are the best!”
“I like how organized the store. Was but it is smaller than others which means less variety of products and smaller amounts of it. But it is really clean and the cashiers have good customer service.”
“A large, clean will stocked Dollar Tree. The new concept is a bit confusing at times. They have plenty of cold drinks but they are all together without any prices so the tea that costs $3 is in the same place as $1.25 drinks but you don't know what each costs. Overall a good place to shop with a little of everything. The staff are nice, great selection of cleaning supplies and nice parking lot. Plus they are close to Pancho's Mexican which is a bonus!”
“I like this Dollar Tree. Simple, easy to navigate, aisles are set up smartly - not too close together like some other Dollar Trees. And the employees are friendly.”

“The two guys that work here are the sweetest during the day so helpful, but I'm torn because the sign says they close at 10pm but I get there 12 mins before and the door is already locked, I only need to grab one quick item too before I head to work, I thought 10pm meant we have till then to be in the store I feel like they should list that if they're gonna do it so people don't waste time!”

She has helped me out on two different times one fixing my cell phone the other one my card would not work but money was on my card and she took time Patience very very inspiring young lady. You can definitely tell that her behavior flows from her inner peace within very clean store very respectful.”
“We met Lewis for the first time tonight, and we were honestly blown away by how much he was juggling — and how well he handled it all.
He was cleaning, stocking shelves, helping customers at checkout, and somehow still noticed that our hands were full and brought us a basket without us even asking. That small act meant a lot. Somehow between managing the tasks should have taken a whole team- he stopped to help us find 2 things and even just chat for a quick second. You could just tell he genuinely cared about doing right by every customer in the store.
We were surprised to find he was also the cashier after everything else we watched him do. While he was checking us out we all witnessed someone stealing — and Lewis didn’t let that rattle him or affect how he treated anyone. You could see it wasn’t the first time he’d dealt with that, and it was clear he was doing his best with a tough situation. What I really took note of, was how it really bothered him that his store was being stolen from- and he was unable to do anything to help ?
His customer service was incredible. He stayed calm, kind, and helpful through it all. Lewis, if you see this — we appreciate you. You made a big impression on our little shopping trip. We really hope this finds because we see how hard your working and that didn't stop you from making sure your customers were taken care of.

“Jamal is amazing, he is super helpful and always on top of things in the store, he's by far one of the best employees there. I'm in the store al the time and Jamal, the shorter young gentlemen cashier and the taller gentlemen with the long hair are by far my favorite to deal with. There is one employee I tend to avoid, he's an older gentlemen with blond hair and glasses that is by far so difficult to deal with that if he works I avoid the store if he's there. He is generally unfriendly, slow, un personable, he act like it's an inconvenience if you try to use you dg rewards. If he sees that your going to punch in your number he finally finds the speed and finishes ringing out before you can finish typing it and good luck using your dg cash...”
“Stop by to buy Halloween candy for grandkids and to pass out to kids very good selection, I go to dollar general 1 or two times a week good arts and crafts also good prices on candles and mason jars. Just wonderful store.”
“I used to frequent this Dollar General nearly everyday, often times I didn't even have any money, and yet despite this the employees that work here on afternoons treated me with a hospitality that I haven't experienced at most other places. The employees are incredibly kind & patient and know exactly how to treat someone how they want to be treated, and honestly I can't thank them enough for always being able to tolerate me. ?”

“My vist on 3/3/26 was a good one. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcome in. I went and got the few things I needed and when I got to the register nobody was at the register. The cashier (her name tag said Tiny) was quick to get to the register before I even had everything out of my cart. She asked me how my day was going and was very attentive about my answer and even asked why my day wasn't going so well. She was very quick and polite and made my day better. She even help carry a few things out to my car. There needs to be more people like her in the world. The store was stalked and neat nothing in the way. Great job.”

“This by far is the most organized stocked clean dollar tree I’ve ever visited normally I avoid them for that very reason but I needed some balloons so decided to stop by. 1st time and I was so shocked by the appearance keep up that amazing work guys!!!”

“This is my go-to Dollar General because it's super close to my house. They have what I need 99% of the time; if they don't I usually knew it was a long shot going in.They always have something on sale that I decide I need for some reason or other.Example: It's a great place to get planters. Which isn't to say they carry a lot of planters. They do not. 50% off mug? Drill a hole in it: now it's a planter. Plastic basket? Add some holes: now it's a planter! Serving tray? Now it's a repotting tray. You get the point. Their lack of planters doesn't mean it's not a great place to get planters.Also, cheap Gatorade. Summer is coming. Stay hydrated.”
“It had been nearly a year since I braved this store, the last time I was there it was a nightmare of racks so you couldn't shop and one cashier. I left not wanting to return. For convenience sake I went and was pleasantly surprised and on how clean, orderly, and well stocked the store was. Still only one at the checkout but there no line and the cashier was lovely. I noticed men working on making the store the way I described.Dollar General stores have all been a mess with racks of unstocked product, and you can't get to the merchendise. I don't want t to shop them anymore for that reason.Today this Dollar General was a pleasure to shop!Thank you”
