My husband and I had purchased 4 brand new tires from Big O Tires at the legends. The side wall blew out of one after a year and 18,000 miles. Trying to get the tire warrantied through them was an absolute nightmare!

“I picked up my boat and trailer which was being repaired and they showed me that two of my four tires on my trailer were bald from losing their tread. Its like when the big tractor trailers loose their tread which flies off while they are driving. I did not know how long the air pressure would last but I had to get to a tire store fast and I was an hour from home. I google whos sells tires near me and I got three businesses. I called all three but they were all too busy to help me. I mean zero help! I saw one more tire place aout 5 miles away and decided to risk going there. When I arrived at Heartland Tire and Treads, I was a bit hopeful because there was three or 4 semi trucks in their tire bays. I went inside and approached a really nice woman who worked behind the counter. I told her I was up a creek without a paddle and I did not know where to find help. She was very kind and asked how she could help. She asked what size tires i had and I had forgotten to look. She accompanied me outside and took a picture to bring back inside. One of the guys in an office introduced his himself and asked me and the nice lady what he could do to help. After I explained, he went to work. 15 minutes later he called me into his office and he found 2 tires that matched. He then called one of his employees to go get it. An hour later the tires arrived and I was told that they had two trucks that they were finishing up and as soon as one opened up they would take me next. My boat trailer was in the bay in 15 minutes. The tech had the trailer in and out in 30 minutes and the tires were a bargain. To have someone who takes the extra effort to help a customer with a problem I was unable to solve is an incredible experience. I am retired and live an hour west of kC and I don't know if I will ever be able to repay this shop with my business, but I implore you to please please give Heartland a try when you need new tires. You will never experience better service anywhere else. There are so few businesses that strive to give the very best in Customer Service and we must reward them. So l ask to give them a shot, you'll never regret it. Thanks Heartland, you did what no other Tire shop would do and you did it extremely well. I'm proud to have been your customer.”
“I had an appointment for two steer tires on my motorhome, along with an alignment.
Dave Majors the manager and Zaki the tire tech got me right for in tires.
Jay the alignment guy came over and got all the chassis information he needed to load into the Hunter alignment machine. Soon as my tires were done. They had me move directly to the alignment bay.
Both of these procedures went quickly and smoothly. It went like a NASCAR pit crew.

“I called Stallion Mobile Tires yesterday at 3:30pm for a tire balance as I was experiencing shuddering while driving. James came out by 6pm same day and was super helpful and insightful, it turns out my tires were BAD and he pointed out all the reasons it was dangerous driving on my current tires (they were 5 years old so it was time). He gave me a bunch of different options and was able to come out next morning at 9am to get them changed. It was so convenient being a mom of 2 to have someone come to me for the replacement instead of taking it in and waiting. The cost was very fair and it fixed the issue I was having! I am so grateful Stallion Mobile Tire was recommended to me and I’m glad James was able to get my tires changed before something terrible happened while driving. I will definitely be using them again in the future!”
