“This place is the best! Friendly staff. Incredibly clean workshop and lobby. I took my car there for a simple tire fix because they were the closest shop to me, and they got me taken care of immediately. I have been back a couple of times since then and I'm always happy with the results!”

“They got me in and out in no time. I love how they send you an email that details all the things that they have inspected and looked at on your car. They make recommendations on what is urgent; what is not so urgent and what it's in good shape. Excellent customer service too. Everyone was super friendly, even when I interrupted their lunchtime! 🤣🤣 10/10, highly recommend.”

“I had a great experience at Platte woods precision Auto Care after many bad experiences at other Subaru auto care centers. They are honest and will not perform or suggest a service that is not needed. Their communication was great and I really appreciated the ease of booking a service online. Give this local business your support - you will not regret it!”

“If you’re looking for tires in the Kansas City Northland, give T&E Service Co. a call. I live in Gladstone, and I’d gladly drive 50 miles for the way these guys take care of me. I reached out the day before, and they got the tires I needed and beat every other price I’d found. I wanted a high-quality tire at the best price. Chris gave me three different options, and I went with the Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail AT all-terrains. I’m really glad I did. My truck feels like it’s floating down the road now. The minute I walked in, Chris made me a priority. I was working while they handled the tires, so I wasn’t watching the clock, but I was in and out in about an hour and a half, maybe two hours. And the number they quoted me was the number I paid. No getting everything done and then suddenly the price goes up. These guys don’t screw around with me, and I appreciate that. If you’re in Gladstone, Smithville, or anywhere around the Northland, they’re worth the drive. I recommend T&E to all my friends and family, and I’m recommending them to you too. Highly, highly recommend. They’ve got my tire business for all the years to come.”

“I walked out from work at 5pm and had a flat tire. Put a spare on and rushed to discount tire. Aden, Julian, Memphis took care of me even though it was well after closing time when they finished. I was the last car to leave but they all still had a smile on their face and had excellent service. I appreciate it.”

4831 N Oak Trafficway, Kansas City MO 64118
“We're very grateful for this store, specifically ROMAN and DYLAN!!! We were traveling through and ran over something in the road and had to get towed for a tire replacement. The entire shop is helpful and polite but Roman stayed a little late to make sure we got put into Dylan's capable care. We didn't get the name of the tech who actually changed out the tire for us... but we really appreciated him calling us back to show us that the tire couldn't be patched and explaining why, exactly, a tire patch wouldn't work for us. If more than 5 stars was an option, it still wouldn't be enough to convey our gratitude ? for all they did, AND in all timely manner, especially on a walk in basis.”

“We order tires from Mid-States Retreaders all the time and have always had a great experience! They are always fast, friendly, and helpful, whether we’re placing an order or getting tires delivered. They make it easy to get what we need and are always great to work with. We really appreciate their service and highly recommend them!”

8670 North Green Hills Road, Kansas City MO 64154
“Great guys and very honest. Could have charged me for balancing all the tires but instead came to talk to me about how bad the 2 front tires were, both needing almost 2 pounds of weights to balance even after rotating the tires on the wheel. Balanced the front 2 as safely as possible and charged me accordingly. Gave me a great price on new tires that I will going back to purchase very soon. Highly recommend!”

“While on the way to the KC area from north central Idaho, it turned out I'd developed some tire issues. It was a Friday, so I knew I needed to act soon if I'm going to get it sorted in time to head home. I was lodged next door to the Platte City location, but they were slammed, so they referred me over to the Barry Road location. When I got there, they immediately took a look, diagnosed the problem, found me a fantastic deal on tires, and got me booked in that day. As a mechanic by trade, I could tell these guys were shooting straight with me. They got me such a great deal -- warranty and all -- that I went ahead and replaced all four, and that got me back home with zero worries. These folks are a professional, friendly, efficient, and honest crew all around. I'll definitely go back to them in the future if I run into any more issues when in the KC area! Oh, and fellow veterans & military...they gave me a 10% discount, so heads-up! Highly recommended! Thanks for hooking me up on the tires for my Hyundai!”

“Disclaimer - my organization has a national tire account through Goodyear Jay at the service desk is easy to work with and he gets things done. He goes out of his way to accommodate customer requests and you can tell he really cares about providing solutions rather than providing obstacles. Tyler can run an alignment rack. Wow. My truck rides like a cloud! It tracks true with no vibration, even at speeds in excess of the posted limit (not that I would ever do such a thing). Thanks guys. I’ll be back.”

4141 East Truman Road, Kansas City MO 64127
“I have taken my car to Jets twice. I did call first both times but both times he got me in same day and was done within a matter of hours. First was an overheating issue, it was the intake manifold. The latest one was a blown spark plug that needed a new thread and a coil ignition. Owner Terry, is knowledgeable, and his staff is friendly, I would suggest taking you car here if you want an honest and no nonsense experience. Found thru a friend who has been going here 30+ years. Family owned.”

“Seaville is awesome! He is one of the very few mechanics that I trust. After getting our tires at Goodyear (also recommend), I took it in for our free rotation. Because my engine light had come on I also asked him to take a look at that. And after having gotten the run-around about it at the dealership, Seaville corrected their poor pencil-whipped “inspection”, saving me $500 on break repairs that I didn’t actually need, and told me honestly what to prioritize so I don’t waste more money. Don’t waste your time or $$, just go see Seaville and if it is a service that they don’t offer at his shop he’ll tell you where to go so that you get what you need. (Corner of Vivion & Antioch, beside Walmart/behind PetSmart)”
