“There are a great group of technicians here that saved me during an emergency I had. Ironically, I was at the shop to drop off some old steel parts to have them picked up for recycling at their shop. While I was there making the drop off, my entire steering system collapsed on the right side. I was stuck in the driveway of the shop and totally immobilized. 3 of the guys came out right away to assess the damage and jump into action. This wasn’t anything planned and they had other repairs that they were working on so I felt really bad. All of the guys were kind and professional as they began fixing the steering issue. After roughly an hour of working on the car, they got everything installed and buttoned up. It was good as new. I can’t thank the guys enough for the quick response and their willingness to jump in to help without warning. I have been coming to the shop since moving to KC so I knew that they were good technicians but this incident just proved that they are also good people deep down. Thanks a bunch guys!!”

“All women should go here!!!!I slid on some ice and hit a curb pretty hard. I called and they got me in the same day. They fixed what I thought was wrong, but told me to fix the alignment and a new wheel was 2k, but the alignment was "okay". I decided to take it to the dealership to try and get it covered by warrenty, it was declined but the dealership quoted me 2.5k. I went back to KC autoworks, and the man told me the numbers were off so minimally that if I cant feel a difference I shouldnt do anything about it. For the wheel, he said they can replace it, but that I should go to this other business to see if they can repair it before I decide to replace it to save a litte money. I did, and they repaired my wheel for $215.TLDR: KC autoworks could have 100% had me pay for everything right then, which I was prepared to do, but they explained everything to me so well and helped me find a cheaper option, even though it meant I was giving my business to someone else. If I EVER have a problem in the future, I wont even think twice about going somewhere else. I cannot reccomend them enough, especially to women who are worried about getting one pulled over on them by other body shops. They are so trustworthy and really help you do whats best. I love this place!”

I looked it up, and an actuator costs around $50-100. I then took it to Value Auto Clinic and they quickly replaced the actuator for $175. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Value Auto Clinic for all my car needs in the future and have already recommended them to other people.”

“Time and time again I have been so grateful for the kind employees that work at this location. I was recommended the perfect set of tires for my vehicle and with the various encounters on the roads I have developed hazards in my tires. Each time they were helpful to get me back on the road and worked with me to make it affordable. Today I must have went through a construction zone and picked up a large screw that gave me a slow leak but would have inevitably left me with no air by the time to leave for work. With 30 minutes until closing, I gave it a shot. I was greeted with smiles and the kind reassurance that my tire would be looked at. Spoke with Tyler about the tires and the screw and within a short time my car was in the bay being fixed. Ahmed gave me an update shortly after that and told me that the fix was all taken care of. I am so grateful for always being treated wonderfully. I see those employees always working above and beyond and always enjoy in, even if it is not in the best circumstances.”
