“I moved her 6 months ago and no regrets. The location of the apartments is great. Walking distance to many places. The building is nicely decorated. If I’ve had to place a maintenance request, they have been quick to respond And resolve the problem.
Ownership offers several activities throughout each month for the tenants which some include prizes that can be won. And ones that offer a time to get to know your neighbors.
Nevaeh, Assistant property manager, Is super sweet and very helpful. And Ryan the property manager is also helpful and always speaks.
And I love that this is also a pet friendly place with a dog washing station for our pets.”

“The Barton is wonderful! It is centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants, Shaw park, and the grocery store! The staff are lovely and the apartments are beautiful! I especially love the open layout of the 2 bedroom that we have!”
