“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”
“An excellent bank, great people and service. Someone really stupid designed the parking lot however at the Clayton office. Everything is in reverse including the entrance and exit ways, and so you drive through the teller backwards as to the intended design and face away from the bankers window. It is embarasing that no one has corrected this and simply reverse the entrance and exit ways. Must have been an Wash U graduate.”

“I want to highlight the exemplary customer service we received from CHASE PHILIPP (150 N. Meramec, Clayton, MO 63105). Chase took care of our trust being added to our Enterprise accounts and notarizing a Quit Claim for a property in another state. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and was able to locate a witness for us. Chase always had a smile on his face and greeted us with a handshake and by our names. We can see Chase moving up the Enterprise Management ladder. What a great experience and we will ask for Chase by name again.”
