On the positive side the employees are very knowledgeable, polite and I couldn't say enough good things about the staff. I last delt with Cameron on a auto loan and I gave him a 5-star rating.”

“I was a walk-in to set up a checking and savings account. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Raquel who is their private client banker and she was most helpful with what I set out to do and I even did a bit more which I had been meaning to do by having a great and thorough conversation with her as she informed me on the best routes to take for me personally. She is very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. It felt more personalized here than at other banks and also as though they truly want to assist in hitting financial goals. The store was also well maintained.”

“I visited the bank to request a notary service, and surprisingly, it was provided free of charge! Aner, the gentleman who assisted me, truly made my experience great. He took the time to carefully go through the document I needed notarized and patiently answered all my questions. Aner's attentiveness made me feel like my business truly mattered, even though it wasn't directly related to the bank's usual services. His excellent customer service really made my visit special!”

“Vahida is a top quality branch assistant manager. She very patiently helped me work through a very tricky billpay/bill-direct & ebills issue: I was slightly frustrated with (not StlCCU but) BOA card, when I was able to sit down with Vahida. I had spent by then over 10 hours in 8 or 9 calls on the phone to my BOA credit card, all in trying to simply set up monthly statement ballance payments from my STLCCU account. She discovered an old address discrepency that was definitely helpful in the resolving process.Later another day I stoped by and was able to sit with her when I was close to the end of then 12 to 13 in total added hours on the phone with BOA! Fortunately she was a voice of sanity in helping me clarify banking terms when I kept getting differing definitions by BOA's customer service reps with every call.”
