They are cultural appropriators based in Nashville, TN and if you have any solidarity with the disenfranchised black voters there, you will boycott them and Jack White with me until they either speak out against the racism of the Tennessee legislature or they show that they actually agree with Tennessee's racist gerrymandering.”

“I love this place! I've bought a chandelier & an old wall phone that was turned into a mini bar. The owner lenghtened the chain on the vintage chandelier to make it work with my very tall living room ceilings, which was no easy task. He spent time finding the right chain links to blend with the original chain. The picture does not do this gorgeous chandelier justice.
I love going to this store. The owner is so kind and loves showing off new finds. Will definitely continue to purchase from here.”

“The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, the items are priced pretty reasonable and the staff is WONDERFUL! That’s why I am surprised to read some of the reviews in regards to customer service and lack of professionalism from the team. I have been doing business with The Vault since pandemic and sold numerous items to them and I have ALWAYS received nothing but wonderful and courteous service from the team even when I go in looking a hot mess, not once did I feel I was treated any differently from someone who came in “put together” nor have I been treated differently due to my race! I have dealt with the owners on numerous occasions and they always come off sincere and warm especially Laura! She is AMAZING to work with! And who ever wrote the comment about Kerri being rude, is just absolutely not true!
There has been times, that I did wish they would offer more for some of the items I have sold to them or have some type of loyalty program for frequent sellers and/or buyers like myself. BUT, I do understand how the business works, it’s based on demands and they are also in business to make money. Duh! 😁 But, overall they usually do try to work with you and never push for an offer that you are not comfortable with. With all that said, The Vault is an amazing place with Exceptional staff!

“The Atmosphere was awesome but somehow the finds were even better. Going on a Thursday nobody was there it was great. The employees were also nice and helpful without feeling intruding. The clothes were 3 dollars a pound but there was still a selection on hangers?! Along side some boxes of clothes for you to dig if you want. This is the place to go with friends on a weekend just to browse. I promise you that price will change. It's too good to be true I fear. So go NOW!!”

“Staff was kind and clothing is fairly priced for being vintage/ consignment store clothing and most items are unique. Also has multiple fitting rooms! Some items are handmade and a bit more expensive compared to their other items, but are still very reasonable. Two handmade shirts I looked at were about $20-30, and other items ranged in price. Got a baggy tee here for $5 (half off of the original price, $10). Pictures are two shirts I did not buy but tried on.”
