“I have had two car loans through Volt. The first in 2016, then again in 2020 after my car was totaled by hail. I had been with a bank for over 35 years but they were very difficult and were cold, off-putting and rude. I went to Volt and it was amazing. The loan officer, Tammy, was wonderful. I got the loan and It was hassle free and so easy. When I get a new vehicle I will definitely go back to Volt. Five stars and then some!!”

“The management here is good. That said, I called in to ask a specific question, and they answered immediately. I was asked if I was OK with being put on hold, I said yes. They never came back. I waited on hold for 42 minutes.I was called by management and they apologized for the long wait. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and address this minor concern.”

“I do not use this bank personally but my business does and the staff are great! These guys have been handling a pandemic very well! Considering they can only conduct business through a drive thru! People say that the management is terrible, but quite honestly I've never had any issues with them! I can only imagine that people don't like them because people are being rude to them in the first place! Very professional and very friendly staff!”
“I have been banking with Commerce Bank for 27 years and have not had any issues. I have never had money come up missing and if my payday is on a Monday, Commerce always deposits my pay on Saturday. Commerce even determined that my account information was stolen and immediate froze the account to prevent theft from my checking account. My only concern is on their credit card side of the house. They have steadily been increasing the interest rates over the years which makes me consider paying that card off and shredding the card. Otherwise, nice professional staff.”
