“Well I opened up a checking account and a savings account and I couldn’t be happier. I was with US Bank for 21 years until I moved to Nixa this year with no locations and the 3 locations in Springfield (2 in which are closed on Saturday and the one that is open until noon on Saturday has NO Tellers and the drive-thru is of course closed). To me Great Southern or their ATM seems to be on every corner in Nixa, Springfield etc.

“I don't know of any other banking institution that I would trust other than Ozark Bank in Nixa Missouri. They are right on the ball when something looks wrong with my account. I get a call and an explanation of what does not seem right. They have saved me many $100's of my hard earned cash due to my mistakes as far as scamer's. Personally I have been scammed twice and Ozard Bank caught the Scammers. I trust this bank. The staff is beyond professional at their positions, they are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are part of the Ozark Bank family.”

David and all the ladies at this location are excellent to deal with and have had excellent customer service skills. I have had a couple of minor issues, Due to my own fault and they didn't hesitate when I made a call to get it fixed. If you are looking for a new banker, go see David at this location..”

“I switched my business account here when our former bank closed their branch in Nixa. I mostly switched because it was the closest bank to my shop. And, I am VERY glad that I switched. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with. Transferring my account was a breeze and I have had zero issues with any Commerce Bank branch (I also frequent one of the branches in Springfield, near my house). I am much happier with Commerce than I was with my old bank.”
