“I can't believe that Mo would have Michelle help manage this store. I have been coming to this Kum&Go for almost 8 years. After the experiences I have been through with Michelle I will not step foot in that store. As new as it is the inside might as well be dilapidated. “Gas is so much better than most of the other convenience stores. Most will not notice it but in a full tank of gas I get about 40 more miles then the other stores that are all over Springfield. I try not to name other stores but if there gas does not have a rating then they are it.”

“It’s got clean bathrooms, good fountain drinks and it seems to always be stocked. The store is good and for the most part the workers, except for this one lady that works in the mornings, are usually very nice. There is a lady with an arm sling and works in the early mornings that isn’t the kind of person that should be in customer service for a living. I’ve witnessed her being very rude to customers face to face and also saying things about them when they walk out the door. I live right by this store so I go there very often and I’ve witnessed her doing this to customers on several occasions. Hopefully she moves on to another job soon because I am often going to a different gas station and I realized it’s because I want to avoid seeing her and so I’m not using that station much anymore and I like that gas station. It is one of my neighborhood favorites.”
“Best pizza, I like it better than dominos and pizza hut, and I'm in between papa johns and Caseys usually. Less bloating, and seems to have fresh ingredients.”

“We stopped in here on one of our trips to Joplin and filled our car up with gas, and bought snacks. Today was their truck day, and while we were looking for snacks, the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't find something, and they saw us looking for the item and asked us if we needed help finding something and pointed us to where it is. The cashier even told us how to sign up for rewards and was extremely friendly. She even explained how to sign up for rewards. That's a lot more than the Kum and Go employees do. We will start going to Casey's from now on.”
“Friendly employees who are anxious to help you find whatever you need. Easy to get in and out quickly. Manager is always willing to help too. Pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient. I am in this Walgreens 2‐3 times a week.”
