“THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have had the pleasure of shopping at this Dollar General for over a year and from Christian the manager to Adam the assistant manager Molly, Michael and Thomas ALL have been courteous, kind, professional and helpful in assisting me to locate products, ALWAYS friendly and welcoming me into the store with a cheerful smile. The shelves are always stocked, and I have especially noticed their patience when assisting Senior Citizens in processing their orders, does that mean on a rare occasion I may wait just a tad bit longer to get checked out while they are HELPING someone, sure, but NORMALLY they process my shopping order quickly, courteously and professionally, and when I am elderly and disabled I know I’ll get the same kind and patient customer service. Funny as I think of it they all make it seem like I’m entering a huge home pantry with helpers to find what I want.”
“Great for convenience and missing the crowds at Walmart. They get top ratings today because the soap dispenser at the laundry mat was out of order and it's Thanksgiving day and Walmart which is closer is closed!!!! Dollar General was open and saved the day ?”

“I love the variety of items that have been introduced!!Although most stores are usually understaffed, which means items are always unorganized or simply full boxes left on the floor.... Or (in the case of the dollar tree on e sunshine) just decide not to even open the store on time at all...”
“Kitty the assistant manager is amazing, she is always so kind and smiley!!!This young woman works her position and the general managers position and seriously needs a raise and a promotion!!!!!Unfortunately the general manager is often not at the store but luckily for us we get to see such a happy face when we go in and shop!!!!Great job kitty, keep up the amazing work!!!!”
“Love this store. Ladies that work here are very nice! Some items are 1or 2 dollars higher than Walmart that’s down the road. Some items that are in the $1 section you can find elsewhere for under a dollar. Also do NOT buy the Halloween wigs!!!!!!! I know that they are cheap, only $8 but these are the most cheapest made wigs I have ever seen. Half of the wig has no hair, it’s just strips of hair. You can’t brush the wig because the hair falls off. It’s not even worth a dollar. I wouldn’t take it if they gave it to me for free. I wasn’t expecting much but this shouldn’t even be sold. It’s going back!”
“Nice dollar tree. Really no big complaints. They no longer sale the EAD perfumes. Bummer. They had some good perfume dupes.I highly recommend the salon selectives hair mask, it’s absolutely amazing, made my hair so soft. I usually use salon products but felt nostalgic and bought this. I will definitely keep purchasing this. And i got a makeup sponge, it was purple, worked just like the beauty blender!!!”
“I love the girls that work here. They are happy and helpful. The variety is better than many dollar generals. Always clean. They have self check out. This store is beyond stabilizing for the town of Crane. Whoop whoop. Git my vote.”
“I pass up two other Dollar General stores to shop at this one in Billings. It is well organized and not cluttered and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and enjoy interacting with the customers. A good experience every time I'm shopping.”
