“I purchased luxury vinyl tile from Hobson's two years ago, and they laid it. After about a year, a few of the joints gapped badly. Hobson had the manufacturer out to see it, but they did not stand behind the product. Hobson's had their staff come out and repair the gaps so it looks like new! I admit I was very concerned it would never be made right, but I am thrilled with my flooring today! Thank you for standing behind the sale!”
