“Cart club member over here! I'm one of those people that see a buggy out randomly in the parking lot and I will grab it and put it away. I can't help it. It's a little pet peeve of mine since working at a grocery store on the past. But it kind of made my day when the associate at the register said thank you for bringing it back in the store. She had a short line and she took the time to tell us all how thankful she was for our patience. It's easy let impatience turn people's mood sour. Getting a laugh and a smile from shoppers shows me you care about the customers. Keep up the good work!!”
