“I broke my Ace hardware knife a few weeks back and went in and told them about it. The manager just gave me a replacement and I went on my way. Yeah, the knife I found on Amazon. Was cheaper. I didn't expect that kind of service from Ace. But it makes me feel better knowing I am dealing with a brick and morter place. So now I have two of my favorite knives..
