“I recommend this shop for several reasons. First they are very professional and really know what they are doing. Second they are fast diagnosing and repairing. Third, they are very reasonably priced, no extras you weren't expecting. Fourth, very friendly and spoke to me as an intelligent adult rather than a child or senior old lady (which I am). And fourth, they came and picked me up at home, in my truck when they had finished repairing it. I bought this old 1999 Ford F 150 5 years ago and they have been and are the only shop that this old truck will ever go to when it needs to be worked on. And for all maintenance and check-ups. “Wow! I brought my truck in for an insurance claim after a lug nut went through the passenger grill and damaged the headlight bracket. I had never been to Coy’s before, but I’d heard good things. From the moment I dropped it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Before it was in the shop, I decided to purchase new headlights, and they were more than happy to install them for me. When I picked up my truck, man, oh man, it looked fantastic. Honestly, maybe even better than when I first bought it. Not only was the repair flawless, but they also detailed the entire truck inside and out, and repaired my key fob! And here’s the best part: when it came time to settle the bill, they told me the cost was actually less than what they originally quoted. Honest, friendly, and fair; hard to beat that combination.
