I lived at University Place for a year (2023/2024) and it was a great stay!Chris and Doug (management) were super friendly and helpful whenever I had any issues or questions.

My daughter lived there for a little over 3 years and I have to say it was a very decent place for the price. Management ( Doug & Chris) are extremely nice to deal with, and were on top of any issues that came out way. Just ended our lease today, and they made it an easy process. Highly recommend.
