“Only visited a friend here one time and from that experience I wouldn't mind renting an apartment here. Seems real quite, laundry facility inside the building. Your neighbors are really close is the only downfall. Good parking but a tight fit. The complex looked clean and didn't have a bad smell compared to allot of complex buildings around columbia.”

“We moved into Linkside Villa (Calistoga model) in September of 2022. We started our process in August of 2021 with the Linkside Team. Antoinette (the sales agent), Bob and Blake (the builders) were wonderful to work with. They assisted us to pick out our finishes, flooring, colors, and upgrades explaining costs and showing samples. Not many upgrades were required as these units are well appointed with high end materials and appliances. The whole process was excellent and communication between ourselves and the Linkside Team was smooth. We have been in our Villa for 5 months now and unlike our other new builds we have had ZERO regrets or second guessing of materials, colors, and upgrades. This was a significant downsize for us and it fits us and our lifestyle perfectly! The community and neighbors are just what we hoped to find in a 55+ community. Old Hawthorne CC is walking distance with all of its amenities - Dining, Golf, 2 beautiful pools, tennis, pickle ball, and a fully appointed Fitness Center. It is truly Resort Living! Our new neighbors have been very welcoming, cordial, and helpful. We have dinners, get togethers in our community Clubhouse, and Game Nights. We have found our new forever home, and couldn’t be happier!”

“I have lived at Katy Place for 13 years. After many years as a homeowner, this is now the place I am happy to call home.Positive comments are being made about our new property manager who is very detailed and takes her job seriously. The maintenance crew is great. They usually come quickly, depending upon the serious nature of the issue. The community also reflects the good care of the grounds keeper. Many updates have been made during the last few years, inside and out. I have the two bed/ two bath layout, which is a spacious arrangement. I am always proud to have family and friends visit.”

“I rented with DBC for about 5 years in both the one bedroom unit and the two bedroom townhome at the Providence Court location and both units were great. Chris and Shelle were extremely accommodating and after buying a home fell through they went out of their way to help me so I could stay in my unit even though I'd said I wasn't renewing. They were very upfront about what was deducted from the security deposit when I signed my lease and when I eventually moved out there were no unexpected surprises. The Internet could be an issue at times, especially when working from home, but they were great at keeping us posted and trying to find solutions. There were a few maintenance requests but they were always resolved quickly even when it was a big ticket item like replacing a microwave (thank you Bryan!) If I ever needed an apartment in Columbia, I would absolutely move back to Providence Court.”

“For student housing, this place is pretty great. The free shuttle is a huge plus, and they are all really nice in the front office. The maintenance team is a little slow, but that's because there's only a few of them. They are really great when they actually get there!! (One guy went out of his way to jumpstart my car, which was amazing.) I am really happy I chose to move here from campus.”

“The Den has suited me and my roommates nicely for the past 2 years. We’ve resigned for a 3rd year. It certainly has it’s flaws, but not any worse than all of the other student living apartments around town. The shuttle is very reliable in terms of punctuality and only has 3-4 times a year where it doesn’t run (tho they usually don’t send a warning). The new management (Jeff!) this year seems quite enthusiastic and was very helpful over the phone. The maintenance staff has by far been the best maintenance team I’ve heard of compared to other apartments for all the years we’ve been here. They are very friendly, very easy to work with, and very fast, often addressing problems within 1-3 days! (Except during the first 2 weeks after move-in for obvious reasons). The den certainly gets the job done and has one of the best pools (size wise) comparatively if you use it. The study rooms are also pretty nice if you manage to grab one or go at an unpopular time. The facilities are nice to have, but not always the cleanest or of greatest quality. Comparatively, the rooms are kinda small if u get the smallest floor plan, but I don’t need much more than a bed and desk. The other floor plans are larger if you need more space. All in all, it’s worth not moving out and resigning at another place at least. Flawed, but we’re perfectly happy here.”
