“I love Menards first of all it is close to my house and I like the environment. This morning 08/09/25 about 11:30 I came to return an item here a Caucasian lady at the counter she said good morning can I help you with a smile and respect and she has to go and left. Here another African American woman came with attitude and disrespect she said something which I can not hear it and I said I am sorry I can’t hear you and didn’t bother to repeat it said just put your card in the machine. After I done I said thank you and she didn’t reply and I left.”

“Funny thing. I about didn't bother going into the showroom. Didn't think I would find anything I could afford. Now it's my new favorite store. I bought a bathroom vanity/stone counter top/sink off the showroom floor. Then bought 2 light fixtures the same way. Next, Cody set me up with several possible items using Build.com. I was able to review all of the choices online and make changes, then ordered another vanity setup, gas range and hood, and a stand alone tub. All have arrived in less than a month including items not expected until November. They used R&L Carriers and the driver, Chris, was great. All other deliveries would not believe us when we said to not use Google maps. They all got lost 20 miles away before calling us. Chris called for directions and was on time with our delivery.
