Barnes & Noble is a bookstore that customers love to visit and browse. People enjoy holding actual books, wandering to look at new releases, and seeing the lovely book-related trinkets. The store is very organized and clean with themed displays that make books easy to find. There is plenty of selection to choose from, including the latest books, DVDs, and music. Many find the staff to be sweet, kind, and helpful. Customers appreciate having their needs met in the store without ordering online. Being a rewards customer has definite benefits, though sometimes finding staff assistance on the floor can be difficult.

Very clean and always friendly staff to help. I can't go in without checking the front stands they put so much detail into the display arrangement! I love especially their Harry Potter corner and the classics table!!
