Carquest Auto Parts in Columbia offers low dollar parts with excellent service. A staff member helped a customer find a lower pressure AC cap and explained options, making the part feel expensive. The staff took time and went above and beyond. Another customer needed a part urgently and it was delivered by 8 a.m. the next morning, with a note for the driver to deliver first thing in the AM. One customer saved over $100 when a staff member tested a battery, found corroded connections, and recommended a terminal cleaning kit. The staff are honest and practical, providing options for traveling needs. The store has a nice parking lot, good storefront, and visibility. The parts counter people are very helpful and a good place for automotive questions.
Went here to get a low dollar lower pressure AC cap. Damion helped us. He made it feel like it was an expensive part. Took his time and showed us different options. Went above and beyond for sure. I would recommend this place any day. If they treat you like this for a low dollar part, they will do great on high dollar parts.

Excellent service! Marvin and Andy were extremely helpful. I was in urgent need of a part they had it delivered by 8am the next morning. They even had a note on the part telling the driver to deliver first thing in the AM. Little things like that go a long way.

Nice parking lot, good store front, good visibility.Parts counter people were very nice and quite helpful.They are the people to see with your automotive questions- they offer practical options for your traveling needs. Good place.
