Bad service all around. Product and service abysmal.

If I could give a zero, I would. My internet has been down for a week. And they are telling me they won’t be able to come out for another 3 weeks before they will send someone out to fix it. The internet was already slow as molasses in the first place. Don’t use them!!!

Signed up for their Brightspeed Fiber service on Black Friday. It's now April 3rd and they still haven't set up an install date.
Update: they scheduled the install on the last week of April. Their fiber service is a bit iffy still, I'm on a 1gbps plan and get anywhere from 200mbs to 900mbs
