“I had gone to Ashley, first; not because they’re better, but they were closer. We were continuously followed by the salesman and even the manager approached us. I don’t like to shop like that. Went to furniture row and we were greeted by Donovan. He answered all our questions; and then let us shop. He checked back with us, but did not hound us. We ended up purchasing our sofa at Furniture Row, and it was an all around pleasant experience. Donovan was great and we will request him when shopping there, again.”
