“I’ve been a customer since 2008, and this is honestly the first time I’ve had an issue with my order. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate how kind everyone was. However, I was disappointed with how my order was handled. I submitted print-ready designs and only needed them printed. When I received the proof for my banner, I approved it because it matched the dimensions I ordered—it was designed in a horizontal (landscape) layout. When I arrived to pick it up, the finished banner had been printed vertically (portrait) instead. When I brought it to their attention, I was initially told, “Well, you approved the proof.” I explained that I did approve the proof, but the final product did not match the proof I approved. After looking at it, the employee acknowledged that I was correct. Another employee explained that they had “assumed it would be okay.” Unfortunately, assumptions shouldn’t be made when printing customer artwork. The banner was being used with pipe-and-drape curtains, and because it was printed in the wrong orientation, it looked short and unprofessional for my event. I was also disappointed that I was charged the full price even though the finished product didn’t match the approved proof. In addition, none of my menu boards were printed at the exact sizes I requested. Some were made larger and others smaller, requiring me to adjust my displays. Since I provided completed artwork, I expected the prints to be produced at the requested dimensions. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the mistakes—it was that I didn’t feel there was much effort to make things right. The overall feeling was that because the items had already been printed, I simply needed to accept them and pay for them. I’ve trusted FASTSIGNS with my printing needs for many years, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control and customer service moving forward because I’ve always had great experiences in the past.”

“Update: The sign has now been installed, and we are very happy with the final result. It looks beautiful and turned out even better than we expected. The process was frustrating at times because communication was difficult and there were long periods when we couldn’t get an update. However, I want to be fair and update my review now that the installation has been completed. The finished sign looks great, and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Update: After my most recent review, the company finally reached out to us and provided a confirmed installation date and time for this Friday. We appreciate their response and hope they will follow through on their commitment. If the installation is completed on time and the work is done properly, we will be happy to update this review and revise our rating accordingly.” We were given an installation date, but no one showed up and we received no communication. During that time, our phone calls were not answered. We even went to their office in person, but the front desk staff had no information and could not provide any updates. After we left a negative review, the company contacted us. Once our sign was delivered, they told us they needed to find an installer. Since then, they have disappeared again. It has been over a week with no updates, no returned calls,”

“What I like most about Maximum Media is their communication. I can talk to Brian about what I am thinking and it gets done. They have designed postcards, estimate forms and logo reworking for my business. Brian is fantastic to work with and I am always happy with the end product. “My family has a ring bearer pillow that has been used in weddings for many generations. A new cover is sewn and placed over the pillow to match each wedding’s theme. I contacted Modern Thread via email very last minute to see if they could embroider my pillowcase and they were able to get me in quickly and complete it the same day. I wish I had taken a better picture of it!! Thank you guys so much, it truly made this pillow cover special and meant so much to my family :)”
