“Walked in, needed a few specific things. Found first two items right off, but could not seem to find the third item. Paul came to the rescue and helped me locate the third item.
It is nice to have places where the employees are still willing to show you where items are vs telling you an aisle number and then ignoring you.”

“I needed help getting a key made i jad gone to a couple stores prior to this one . They kept disagreeing w/me that the key wouldn't work. Finally i came to this westlakes and the young man helped me right away no questions or assumptions. And what do you know, it worked!!! Ya! So happy.”
“This was the nicest man and he fixed an absolutely terrible situation. Within hours of getting our call he was at my house fixing my plumbing. I couldn't use water in half my house and I had tried fixing it myself to no avail. My basement had flooded twice and I was honestly infuriated at my home warrenty company. I thought nothing could fix it at that point, but this man did just that. I honestly can't say enough praise for him. He saved my house and my sanity. I was really worried because I have a child and a senior in my home and can't expect them to handle the mess that was coming back out of my basement sink. Thank God for people who are hinest like you sir!”

They by far have the largest stock of supplies, equipment and cylinders gases but also provide access to welder repair and welder rental services, dry ice, forklift and heating propane and all gases include CO2, Nitrogen, Helium, Oxygen and Acetylene.
Fair prices and friendly people, great location, they rent and lease cylinders or sell the small ones.”
“Funny thing. I about didn't bother going into the showroom. Didn't think I would find anything I could afford. Now it's my new favorite store. I bought a bathroom vanity/stone counter top/sink off the showroom floor. Then bought 2 light fixtures the same way. Next, Cody set me up with several possible items using Build.com. I was able to review all of the choices online and make changes, then ordered another vanity setup, gas range and hood, and a stand alone tub. All have arrived in less than a month including items not expected until November. They used R&L Carriers and the driver, Chris, was great. All other deliveries would not believe us when we said to not use Google maps. They all got lost 20 miles away before calling us. Chris called for directions and was on time with our delivery. Thanks Cody!”
“I went in to get paint and had a few questions regarding an upcoming project I have. Drew was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give me specifics products and why he was recommending them. Too many times I go into a hardware store and the people working just know where to find something versus knowing about the product.
Everyone else in the store was incredibly nice and willing to help if needed! Great experience at Westlake!”

“I love Menards first of all it is close to my house and I like the environment. This morning 08/09/25 about 11:30 I came to return an item here a Caucasian lady at the counter she said good morning can I help you with a smile and respect and she has to go and left. Here another African American woman came with attitude and disrespect she said something which I can not hear it and I said I am sorry I can’t hear you and didn’t bother to repeat it said just put your card in the machine. After I done I said thank you and she didn’t reply and I left.”
“Love Tractor supply. If The Manger Dan sees me in the store he always goes out of his way to come greet me and shake my hand and asked how I have been. Great guy. The younger blond haired lady treating me rude one day because I got my dogs a big bag of Cow hoofs and it said 4.99 for the big so I grab them went to pay and she ringed them up and made me feel like I was trying to get them cheap and I told her theirs still 2 or 3 bags in the spot and she acted like I was lying which like I told her I would still pay the regular price. I just didn't like how she made me feel inside, probably because I have tattoos and she was stereotyping me. It blew my mind her attitude and after she called me a lair. Then me, her and another worker which is a very nice respectful lady walked back there because she said I was wrong and they seen they made a mistake and put them in the wrong spot the blond hair never said sorry or nothing. She was one of the rudest worker at a store I've ever ran into. I Love tractor supply so much when I fell down in there because they had this black sandy grity stuff on the floor where the tools was I let them know and didn't go to the hospital. I just healed at home. When I could of probably made a stink about it”

“No rentals services here except moving truck, a van, carpet shampooer, and insulation blower(with purchase of over $800 insulation). But aside from that, well stocked, helpful staff, and I've met the most amazing people here!”

I usually take my dog with me and she gets so excited to go in because they greet her too.
